Competition terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to a series of ‘Bourne Piscean’ competitions running weekly from Wednesday 19 February 2025 until Thursday 20 March. Entry to the Promotions is acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Please read these carefully.

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotions detailed at point 5.

  2. The Promotions are only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18.

  3. The promoter of these Promotions is Shop Bourne Limited (“the Promoter”).

  4. These Promotions are not open to employees (or family members of employees) of the Promoter or anyone else connected with the Promotions.

  5. To enter Promotion 1, which runs from 09:00 Wednesday 19 February 2025 until 23:59 on Tuesday 25 February 2025, you need to:

    1. Like and Share the competition post and Follow the @Bourne to Shop Facebook account (if you don’t already) or Like and Comment on the competition post and Follow the @Bourneto.Shop Instagram account.

    2. The closing date and time of Promotion 1 is 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 25 February 2025 (“the Closing Date”).  Engagement as outlined at point 5.1 after the closing date will not be eligible.

    3. The winner of Promotion 1 will be selected at random and notified by Friday 28 February 2025 at 4pm.

  6. To enter Promotion 2, which runs from 09:00 Wednesday 26 February 2025 until 23:59 on Tuesday 4 March 2025, you need to:

    1. be subscribed to receive Bourne to Shop emails between these dates.

    2. The closing date and time of Promotion 2 is 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 4 March 2025 (“the Closing Date”) and all email subscribers must be signed-up by then to be eligible.

    3. The winner of Promotion 2 will be selected at random and notified by Friday 7 March 2025 at 4pm.

  7. To enter Promotion 3, which runs from 09:00 Wednesday 5 March 2025 until 23:59 on Tuesday 11 March 2025, you need to:

    1. Tag a friend in the comments of the relevant competition post to help share the Bourne love. Only you will be eligible for the prize draw but the tagged friend may also participate by tagging you or another friend, too. When tagging your friend, you may also wish to let them know which Bourne product or collection you think they might be interested in (optional).

    2. The closing date and time of Promotion 3 is 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 11 March 2025 (“the Closing Date”). Engagement as outlined at point 7.1 after the closing date will not be eligible.

    3. The winner of Promotion 3 will be selected at random and notified by Friday 14 March 2025 at 4pm.

  8. To enter Promotion 4, which runs from 09:00 Wednesday 12 March 2025 until 23:59 on Thursday 20 March 2025, you need to:

    1. Comment on Facebook or Instagram in response to the “What’s Your Bourne” post.

    2. The closing date and time of Promotion 4 is 23:59 GMT on Thursday 20 March 2025 (“the Closing Date”). Engagement as outlined at point 8.1 after the closing date will not be eligible.

    3. The winner of Promotion 4 will be selected at random and notified by Friday 21 March 2025 at 4pm. The winner of this promotion can either choose an item from one of our current collections OR work with us to create something bespoke to celebrate their Bourne.

  9. There will be one prize for one Winner in each of these Promotions and the Winner will receive any one product of their choice from the Bourne collection. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

  10. The Winner will be notified via a Direct Message by the Promoter and provided with details on how to claim the prize. If the Winner does not respond to message from the Promoter within 2 days of the time of notification, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email within 2 days of that message being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize). 

  11. The Promoter may ask the Winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.

  12. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

  13. The prize must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize, in whole or part. The prize is non-transferable and is not for re-sale.

  14. The winner agrees to take part in publicity relating to this prize promotion with no further recompense.

  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

  16. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
